Hnin Le Le Win is an ambitious project leader, armed with over five years of invaluable experience in restructuring and spearheading finance departments across a spectrum of industries, including investment, consultancy services, financing, manufacturing, and IT services companies.
She actively engages in cross-functional collaboration with business development, operations, and marketing teams, contributing to company expansion and providing valuable input into financial planning and analysis. With extensive expertise in investment fund raising, investment research, SME development, and financial and product analysis, Hnin brings a comprehensive skill set to the table.
Furthermore, Hnin diligently oversees all of Collab's financial service projects, ensuring strict adherence to corporate and governmental legalities and tax policies. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Hult International Business School in the UK.

Htet Aung is an ambitious data scientist with over 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, NLP, AI, data analysis, and over 3 years in software development, and technical R&D. He is contributing positive impacts to Myanmar communities through data-driven insights.
Htet established the data science department at the biggest IT company in Myanmar. He migrated local grown ERP to the Oracle cloud platform, reshaping the business model through technical innovation. Due to his many years of experience working closely with clients, senior management and directors, he has a strong understanding of business needs.
Htet is in charge of all BI & Data related projects at Collabs. He is a graduate of Fairfield University in USA (BSc in Computer Science).
